Description: Low Fin Tubes produced by us are made from high quality copper, copper alloys, carbon steel and stainless steel tubes. A radial extrusion process resulting in increase in area by 2.5 times as compared to the plain tubes forms these. The fin tubes are completely integrated, so the transfer performance, durability and resistance to vibration are excellent. The low cost fin tubes have a very large heat transfer ratio (2.5 time the plain tubes). It is possible to reduce the volume and weight of heat exchangers and subsequently the cost. The low fin tubes are produced under strict quality control with a high level of production technology. These fine tubes are used in application like condensers and evaporators of air-conditioners and refrigerating machines oil coolers and many other heat exchangers of steam and nuclear power plant heating units. The maximum product length is 7 m, length of plain end is 25 mm (min) and minimum length of finned section is 400 mm (min).
