Description: Low Temperature Sensors are used for sensing temperature of different range. The resistance temperature detector (RTD) type (PT-10, PT-50, PT-100, PT-200, PT-1000 & CU-53) are used to measure temperature from -400ºC to 600ºC. These sensors have tolerance thin film or wire wound ceramic-coated bulb. There are available in simplex type 2-wire, 3-wire sensor and duplex type 4 wires, 6 wire sensors. The thermocouple type `T' (copper-constantant) sensors are used for temperature up to 400ºC. The thermocouple type `J' (iron-constantant or Fe-K) for temperature up to 800ºC. The thermocouple type `K' (Cr.Al or Ni.cr-Ni) or temperature up to 1000ºC/1200ºC maximum. All the sensors have a metalic protection sheath and thermowell made of SS 304, SS 316, SS310, HRS 446, inconel 600/800 with insulation by ceramic beads and hand-filled MgO. The sensors used in special application need MI (Mineral insulated) protection sheath in SS 316, SS 310, inconel 600. The sensors with head mounted transmitters, exposition & flameproof head, various adjustable or fixed connections are also provided by our company.
