The design of the chopper pump we avail is based on a channeled impeller with blades extended into a sharp edged spiral cone rotating against a fixed adjustable knife with a hardened steel blade. Fibrous waste and debris in suspension are chopped into pumpable segments, allowing blockage free flow through the pump. It solves pumping applications like unscreened raw sewage, primary & secondary tank de-sludging, storm overflow in the water & waste treatment industries, wood pulp in the paper industry and in pumping sludge & slurries containing plastic bottles, rags & bits of wood.
