Profile: MEKA Concrete Batching Plants focuses on concrete batching plant production. Our products comprise of wet, dry, and mobile batching plants. Our aggregate bunker is designed & manufactured to operate under heavy working conditions. It has 2 electro-pneumatically controlled discharge gates which provide easiness & choice in the discharge, together with suitable elevation. Aggregate weighing belt conveyor, which has a weighing capacity of net 6.4 tons (net 4 m3) with ± 5 kg sensitivity, is manufactured to operate under heavy working conditions with a mechanical separator, all kinds of safety precautions, and an air pressure measuring device. Aggregate is weighed by 4 units of load cells, and the weighing belt conveyor has all safety switches like, sensors for break-off of the belt, rope controlled safety switch, emergency stop button, and a switch that prevents belt slides.
