Our product line includes after construction packages, extensometry, fixtures, force transducers and fixed materials. Our model 609 alignment fixture is used for material testing system. The main feature of the 609 is its capability to perform alignment adjustments while the load train is fully preloaded. This eliminates any inaccuracies involved in trying to account for the small changes in alignment that frequently occur during the preloading process. Our model 601 spiral washers are designed to ensures pre-loading without inducing offsets in the load train. The washers are used on load frames. These versatile accessories can be used anywhere a backlash-free, threaded union is required. When setting the spiral washer connection, the stud must be pre-loaded to a minimum axial load that is 110% of test maximum.
