Profile: M.D. Steels Pvt. Ltd. manufactures castings to the customer's requirements. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We can manufacture tubes from 60 mm up to 530 mm OD and up to 2.5 meters long, minimum wall thickness of 6 mm. We also manufacture static castings from 1Kg up to 1.2 ton finished weight. We manufacture both cast and wrought products. The fabricated products contain a combination of centrifugal and static castings, welded together with the electrodes & process. We offer diffusers for coil annealing furnaces, guard & guide plates, hubs, wheels, cones, dish ends, can alloy bushes, charge baskets, cradles, skid castings and cross bars. We also manufacture various general engineering products including bearings, bushes, thrust washers, gear blanks, hydraulic & pneumatic cylinder barrels, seals, crane barrels, duplex castings, centrifuge bowls, pump impellers, rotors and compressor liners.
