Profile: M T R Martco specializes in furnishing new components & provides repairs to the paper industry. We design extraction plates which are manufactured in various materials including 410,316 L & nitronic 30 stainless steel & a special heat-treating process is used on the 410 stainless steel plates to increase durability. We supply Stellite® deflector wear strips to increase wear resistance. Our plate is produced in a variety of drill patterns including radial, staggered radial and straight-line X-Y patterns with holes that are conical or straight. Our detrashing system is a secondary fiber pulping system that removes contaminants from the pulper tub and the system consists of an enclosed, horizontal vessel containing a defibering rotor mounted over a perforated screen plate & an open rotating drum screen.
