Our products include complete robot systems, automatic dedicated welding machines, manipulators, end changers, horizontal and vertical welding lathes, friction welders, spot welding machines, projection welding and component handling automation. Our arc welding robot systems include standard robot cells which utilize single door, twin door or end changer type loading systems. The arc welding machines are ideal where high volume output is required. The use of single or multiple welding torches has a machine output advantage over a robot welding cell. Our machines feature simple rotary table type units, standard seam welding, end changer solutions giving maximum utilisation of machine and operator and full dedicated machine solutions with multiple welding torch torches, automatic clamping and eject. We provide resistance welding solutions that include spot welding systems with fixed and moving guns that are either pneumatically or servo positioned. Automatic projection welding machines with twin stations or end changers give the best utilization of both machine and operator time. We also supply resistance seam welding station in a standard configuration built into a dedicated welding solution. We also offer a range of service packages with all of our equipment to ensure long and trouble free operation.
