Machine Clamp is an adjustable clamp for clamping a work piece in a T slot of the bed plate of a machine tool. After the clamping-device has been positioned, both, the device and the work-piece are secured to the table in a single, time-saving operation. Housing and pressure arms are made of high-grade tempered steel, providing powerful clamping pressure and exceptional durability. Worm gear offers self-locking, ensures fast and powerful clamping. The elastomer seal protects interior of clamp from contamination. The pressure sho is made up of aluminium, efficiently distributes pressure and prevents damage to the workpiece. Bharath Associates offers BAS-matic, a machine clamp of 16 kN clamping pressure but uniquely compact, which needs approximately 30% less surface space and 50% less volume.
