Description: Inductive magnetic pick-ups are used to sense speed ranging from 30 Hz-20000 Hz. These function on the principle that the change in magnetic flux induces electromagnetic voltage in the coil which in turn gives a train of pulses depending on the number of teeth/gears passing the tip of the sensor. These inductive magnetic pick-ups do not require any supply voltage to operate and function even in harsh climatic conditions such as 100% humidity and -40 to 125°C. They are available in different thread sizes, thread lengths with or without Military Specifications, connectors as per the requirement of the customer. Magnetic pick-up Model MP-265 manufactured by the company has also been certified by CMRS, Dhanbad for operation in hazardous environment gas group IIC. When used in conjunction with the digital tachometers manufactured by Beacon, it forms a complete speed measuring system serving industries spanning paper, plastic, fertilizer, sugar, oil and gas, shipping and turbine manufacturers.
