This gear box is a replacement of existing imported gear box and is provided with foundation plates, which is rigidly bolted with the structure. The worm planetary gearbox has a horizontally input shaft and vertical output shaft type wall-mounted gearbox comprising three-stage reductions through first stage of worm gear pair and 2nd & 3rd stage is designed with planetary gear systems. The drive is equipped with a slip coupling for overload protection. The slip moment can be adjusted through a spring washer block by an adjusting bolt. Our range of gear housing is made using Fe-410 WA material duly welded and stress relieved before machining. The wide array of annulus is made up of high tensile alloy steel duly heat treated so as to ensure better strength and reliability. Our range of gearbox is splash lubricated and being dipped into the oil sump lubricates the gears. Our helical gears are available in varied specifications such as both left & right hand helixes and single & double helix gears. These gears have tolerances up to 0.005.
