Gas carburizing process is a process in which the components outer layer is heated with high carbon compound gas currents. We offer gas carbonitriding of alloy steels for various industrial purposes. In this process, ammonia is injected to add nitrogen, which is diffused along with carbon into the steel. This process is mostly used in plain and low carbon steel to attain uniform case hardness case, which cannot be done in gas carburizing.
