Aluminum pressure die casting is used in bike & auto parts like liners, brake pads, pistons, engine valves & rotors, engine parts, pump spares and pneumatic tools. We inject molten aluminum alloy metal under pressure into a steel die to produce aluminum parts. Sand molds are created using a wood, metal or plastic pattern. The pattern, or impression device, sits in the middle of the mold and later is surrounded with sand. Investment shells are pre-heated in a kiln before pouring to insure proper filling and minimize casting defects. This is used for air movement components, valve fittings, pump bodies, shafts, rectangles and compressor castings & gearbox.
