Profile: Mansfield Graphics specializes in photo chemical machining, which produces small metal parts. Our PCM is the process of photographically transferring an acid resistant film image onto metal and then chemically removing the uncoated metal. We deal with PCM, which develop complex design of flat metal components while maintaining tight tolerances and multiple parts produced within one tool. We manufacture different types of parts using PCM, such as alignment plates, antenna components, backing plates, baffle shutters, bus bar terminals, brackets, circuit board components, coined components and cylinder components. We serve industries such as the aircraft fuel systems, aircraft lighting systems, communication equipment, computers & circuit boards and laboratory equipment. We are involved with art & film tooling, metal preparation and etching.
