Positive bias only square wave LO amplifiers are ideal for driving T3 family mixers. These amplifiers generate strong odd harmonic content when saturated. This saturation behavior enables the IP3 and spurious response possible with the high IP3 T3 mixer family. These amplifiers are also linear, wideband amplifiers when operated below the compression point. Surface mount options (EZ & EQ) are available for all models. Our resistive power dividers are available from DC to 40 GHz with low insertion loss. These are ultra-wideband, resistive, 6 dB power dividers with no inherent isolation between ports.
