Profile: Martello Limited is a provider of rapid prototyping SLA and SLS parts. We provide our products with polyurethane vacuum castings. We have developed a uniquely formulated polyurethane resin systems which are used to make production parts. Our rapid prototyping speeds up the development time of a project by troubleshooting problems at an early stage, often before the prototypes are built. The rapid prototyping proves the integrity of CAD data as well as the design itself prior to injection molding. We supply vacuum cast polyurethane components up to 500mm x 380mm x 340mm with a component weight of up to 1.2 Kg. We also offer polyurethane resin piece parts produced by resin injection molding. Our machines have been modified to work with vacuum chambers to produce detailed moldings.
