Profile: Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center provides education, training, research and information service for chemical process safety. We analyze safety issues which may be of importance to the industry as well as the public-at-large. We offer safety alerts that lead to an increase of safety awareness and decrease of avoidable accidents. Our service to industry and government include accident investigation and analysis service, particularly for accidents suggesting new phenomena or complex technologies.
