Our information manager modules include production reporting, production monitor, statistical analysis, lot traceability, production scheduler, operator statistics and data warehousing. Our product verification module is an inspection station to verify defects or problems visually. An inspector is given a checklist of items to verify before the product passes the inspection. All the inspection criteria and results are logged and stored with the production data for each unit.
