Profile: Matrix Lasers Ltd. is a provider of laser machining services. We provide solutions for sub-contract laser cutting, plasma cutting, waterjet cutting and laser marking requirements. Additional services we offer include box section slotting, bending, drilling, tapping, counter sinking, boring, turning, milling, welding and metal finishing. We cover industrial sectors like aerospace, architectural, automotive, defense, electronics, marine, presswork, sheet metal fabrication, and heat/power generation sector. We currently process flat plate, round tube, square box section, circular and flat blade saws. We process materials like mild steel, stainless steel, tool steel, armor plate, chrome-moly steel, aluminum, plastic, acrylic, nylon and wood. We apply laser mark to a vast range of materials namely carbide, plastic, glassware and stainless steel. For our waterjet cutting works, we utilize water as a cutting force. Minimal heat is generated during the cutting process, effectively eliminating heat-effected zones in the cutting area.
