Profile: McKenzie Engineering Co. offers a range of chip separator machines in three models such as model B, model E and model L. Our chip separator is used to separate the parts from the chips without damage using relative density & laminar flow or lack. Our model B chip separator is very effective for smaller shops and departments producing parts under ½ inch in diameter and less than 1 inch long. Model E chip separator is specially designed for parts ranging in size from .040" to 3/4" diameter and from 3/4" to 3½" in length.
