Mechanic's Bench Vices with Fixed/Swivel Base is designed to withstand clamping pressure for heavy-duty jobs. The bases and body of the vices are made from quality material and have ample cross-section for rigidity and strength. The screw assembly consists of high quality large dia steel bar with proper threads, nuts made from cast iron, unbreakable iron or from bronze material, and jaw plates made from high carbon alloy steel duly heat treated to provide firm grip. Mechanic's bench vices with fixed or swivel bases are available in Oxford blue color. These vices are tested as per (IS) Bureau of Indian Standards specifications. With body and slide of high-grade cast iron, the jaws are made of hardened steel and replaceable, available with bright steel handle, the floating nut is available with bronze or malleable iron (SG iron) with extra cost. These are available in six sizes, jaw width 65, 75, 100, 125, 150 and 200 mm, and jaw opening 60, 75, 135, 170, 210 and 225mm, respectively. Accord vices are manufactured with accent & quality and durability. Precision machining and rigid construction of Accord vices ensure consistent performance. Interchangeable spares are also available.
