Description: Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnaces are available in 15 kW to 6000 kW range, with capacity of 5 kg to 12000 kg and 200 Hz to 10 kHz frequency range and rugged dura aluminium/ steel structure. The furnaces consume very less amount of energy. It is suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous melting. The other features supported by this furnaces include: pouring time utilize for meting by power to other crucible; increases production; melting and holding facility on both the crucibles; reduces energy consumption; two full power rated inverter design; automatic constant power tracking - increases melt rate; digitally interlocked power sharing of the inverters; sharing of power between crucibles done by electronics. The power factor is maintained at 0.99 at all conditions. There is no mechanical change over arrangement required to change from one crucible to another.
