Profile: Mendick Waring Limited is a building services engineering consultancy. We offer in-house 3-D dynamic building modeling simulation, using the latest computer design tools. The key features include natural and mixed-mode ventilation, and daylighting. Thermal mass and solar shading can be explored to predict the performance and dynamic response of the building. The simulation provides performance data from one hour to a whole year for both environmental and energy consumption, heating and cooling loads, together with carbon emissions to demonstrate compliance with building regulations.
