Profile: Metal Processors, Inc. is a tool and die shop. We design and build tooling to satisfy a variety of after cast needs for various casting processes. We perform multiple operations such as trim, pierce, drill, saw and other machining operations. We provide tooling in all die cast alloys, squeeze cast parts, foundry cast aluminum and grey iron as well as plastics. Our engineering department offers a wide range of design capabilities such as 100% detailed design, 3D solid designs using SolidWorks 2003 and 2D designs using AutoCad. We are accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification.
