The result is sheets with superior strength due to reduced profile pitch and increased crest depth, aesthetic excellence, functional fidelity, and protection against ingress of water with 25 mm side laps. These are designed for roofing, mezzanine decks, wall cladding and composite flooring applications in any environment. Material specifications: bare and colour coated Galvalume coils, conforming to AZ 150 and G550; bare GI with Z 120 to Z 275 conforming to G250; and bare steel sheets conforming to IS 1079. Specification: thickness (TCT) - 0.40 mm to 0.90 mm; crest depth - 44 mm; profile pitch - 150 mm; cover width - 10 mm; length - any length up to 12 m; thickness of colour coated Film layer (exposed side) - 20 to 25 microns; and thickness of protective primer layer (inner side) - 5 to 7 microns.
