Our products are in compliance with quality control at every manufacturing stage in accordance with API-5L, API-5CT, API 5LC, ASTM, ASME, BS, EN, DIN, JIS, and ISO standards. Our products include DSAW/LSAW pipe, ERW pipe, boiler tube, spiral welded pipe, heat-exchanger & condenser tube, alloy pipe, seamless line pipe, oil tube, casing pipe, drilling tube, and square & rectangular pipe. Seamless line pipes are used for the construction of long distance pipelines for combustible liquids & gases, nuclear station pipelines, heating system pipelines, and general-purpose pipelines. These line pipes are manufactured of metal in-house produced & smelted in the electric furnace, treated with synthetic slags and cast by continuous casters. The applied steel making process ensures the achievement of chemically pure steel with reference to sulphur and phosphor contents providing high tensile, ductility & corrosion resistance properties of pipes to be operated at low temperatures in various corrosion media. Pipes are inspected for internal and external flows by automatic non-destructive testing devices. Pipe ends are inspected after beveling is done by magnetic-fluoroscopic flaw detection. General purpose seamless pipes are used for vessels manufacturing & pipelines laying, in mechanical engineering and instrumental engineering; pressure operating pipes, steam, water, gas & air. The boiler pipes are produced by hot extrusion. These pipes are used for steam boilers and pipelines with high & supercritical steam parameters.
