Rotomatic plating plant equipment is attached with moving chain between two sprockets, and jigs to assure maximum efficiency. The jigs are carried on a moving chain and the speed of traverse is adjusted so that the work is returned to the starting point by the end of plating time. The jigs can thus be loaded and unloaded at the same point and work is handled in a continuous flow rather than batch loads as in normal manual plating. Chiller units comprise of closed-loop systems, the condenser, and pump station with recirculation pumps. Our phosphating plant is generally used for carrying tanks/drums to various positions is motorized and automated industrial applications. The transporters are mainly used for phosphating plants with different capacities.
