Metering Pump, Solenoid Driven
Description: Solenoid Driven Metering Pump is driven by an electronic circuit comprising professional PCB and electronic components. The drive end has electro magnetic solenoid unit with class 'H' insulation. The control panel has analogue controls for speed and stroke length, fuse and pulse indicator. The pumps are uniquely designed with spacer separates liquid end from drive end with a drain off at the bottom to indicate diaphragm rupture preventing chemicals entering into the drive end. The liquid end has head made of PP/PVC/SS 316 or Teflon fittings - unique molded double ball cartridge type for accurate dosing. These pumps are supported with glandless and leakage free diaphragm pumps; solenoid driven aided by professional pulsar circuitry; excellent proportional control with higher turn-down ratio; adjustable injection frequency (100 SPM and 150 SPM); adjustable volume displacement via stroke length adjustment; unique double ball check (cartridge type) for dosing accuracy; special painted corrosion resistant FRP housing.
