This is an ideal solution for marking metal and plastic parts, of various shapes and surface conditions (automotive, mechanical, steel metallurgy, electromechanical, etc). This is designed for industrial integration, on production lines, on automatic or semi-automatic assembly or test stations, up to 6 characters per second and characters between 0.5 and 99 mm in height, in steps of 0.1 mm. Features and benefits include high definition marking quality adjustable according to required marking speed, user-friendly integrated software, the internal software permits independent operating of the UC1 12 (no need of an external PC or PLC to program the control unit), control the marking head by: file selection from memory of the UC112 by input activation and control unit in independent mode PLC or other information system.
