Description: FOR FLUIDS FROM LOW TO HIGH VISCOSITY A wide range of micro-dot dispensing valves suitable for fluids from low to high viscosity is manufactured by I & J Fisnar. The DV509 pneumatic diaphragm valve is particularly suitable for precise flow control of low to medium viscosity liquids such as cyanoacrylates, reagents, UV adhesives and volatile substances where the wetted parts need to be separated from the air supply. The DV509 can dispense 0.01 cc - 0.1 ul at 200 cycle a second. Positive displacement valve VDP150 is used for constant high repeatability deposits of medium to high viscosity fluids of 5000-20,000 CPS. Shot sizes can be fine tuned by a stroke-adjuster integral in the valve. Positive displacement of > 0.005cc - 5ul is achieved by filling a known chamber volume. The dispense cycle in controlled by a 4-way valve controller. Auger screw valve and control system PDV-1000 is a series of precision screw type valves suitable for high viscosity materials greater than 35,000 CPS delivering repeatable deposits of > 0.00003cc-0.01 ul. Shot time intervals can range from 0.001 - 65.63 seconds. The PDV-1000 can be used with filled and/or abrasive materials.
