Description: Micro Leak Testers - Model Meld 2000 is a micro controller based pressure decay programmable instrument capable of easy and accurate volume leak testing using dry air as the source. When any pressure charged component is leaking, this equipment will exhibit negative pressure difference with reference to time. This difference is measured and compared with the preset permissible value to provide GO-NO GO sorting provided with audio-visual indication. It is much faster and more repeatable than the traditional water dunking. It is easy to operate, yet feature rich to meet any complex vacuum leak testing requirements. It is supported with fully programmable test pressure limits, allowable leak rate, test cycle times to suit individual application. It requires shortest testing time. It is user friendly and fully automatic machine with/ without pneumatic/ hydraulic fixtures. This instrument is used in food, automobile, pharmaceuticals, defence and aerospace industries.
