Description: Micro Switches with Flexible Roller Leaf Lever is supported with actuator that protects the switch plunger from side thrust as well as excess operating thrust. The micro switches are single-pole changeover snap action switches, featuring exceptional repeat accuracy with beryllium copper trident spring mechanism and silver cadmium oxide contacts. Electrical grade phenolic material of superior grade is used for the housing and cover. The actuating material moves from the hinge of the lever to the tip direction and not in the opposite direction to avoid the danger of pushing the lever tip. The contact resistance across the closed contact is less than 10 milliohms. The insulation resistance is more than 100 mega ohms. These micro switches are tested at 2 kV between the open contacts. It is built as per ISS 6089 and JSS 51204 standards.
