We also manufacture boring bars, micro bore indexable cartridges, micro bore brazed cartridges, micro bore gear adjust, EM-series fine boring tools, FVM tool holders, and bespoke customer specified tooling. We provide a range of standard boring bars and boring rings, with sizes & shanks to suit the vast majority of milling machines, boring machine, and machining center applications, and to complement the microbore fine boring cartridges. We offer cartridges in more sizes and in more grades, including the provision for indexable inserts, than any other manufacturer of adjustable cutting tools, to ensure that the correct tool geometry is selected for a specific application. We also offer a wide selection of high speed/high feed drills that will produce a hole from solid prior to finish boring. Our boring tool products are also reflected in the range of spindle tooling products which include collet chucks, endmill adapters, shell and facemill adapters, Morse taper adapters, Jacobs adapters, & taper adapters that are available on a wide range of tapers & shanks.
