Profile: Microhone Industries is engaged in small scale screw machining. We produce swiss type sliding machines (tornos and strohm make) and other secondary operation machines. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We make parts from 1 mm to 12.50 mm diameter in steel, stainless steel, brass and Al for connectics, electronic, automotive and other applications. We also offer components including plastic moulding inserts, rivet bushes for sheet metal, pins for connectics, screws, shafts and pinions for instrumentation and carburetor parts. We also supply horizantal honing machines backed by precision machining, centerless grinding, milling and heat treatment facilities. We are specialized in bore finishing process from 6mm to 30mm bore size maintaining accuracy up to 2 microns.
