Profile: The Micronics Engineered Filtration Group manufactures and supplies high-quality filter cloth, filter presses, filter plates, and press spare parts. We produce filter media for liquid/solid separation in our two state-of-the-art facilities in North America. Our filter cloth design includes monofilament, multifilament, and staple fiber yarns combined with weave patterns and feed neck designs to provide optimum filtration characteristics for any slurry. We also offer disc sectors and electrolytic cells. Our hydraulic systems include cylinders, power packs, and controls. We provide refurbishing of frameworks, installation of automatic and semi-automatic plate shifters, and expansions. Micronics offers a range of test presses including our 150mm MicroPress bench-top test press, available for rent or sale.
