The table slide, moves on a precision hand scrapped V and flat guideways with continuous lubrication. The machine has a rigid universal work head. It has an alloy steel spindle running in special hydrodynamic bearings, and is easy to convert live to dead centre or dead to live centres. The spindle clearance can be adjusted for different speeds. The spindle runs on high precision multi-point-point hydrodynamic bearings, which give a high rigidity and surface finish. The wheel head spindle is made of alloy steel & specially heat treated to achieve dimensional stability.
