Profile: Microtome specializes in designing and manufacturing reticle cassettes and reticle SMIF pods. Our overhead automated material handling systems uses SEMI E47.1 automation flange to grasp the pod. Our parts are plastic thus minimising reticle abrasion and damage from mechanical shocks during handling. We repair worn or damaged product.
