Our MPE Model No. PA-44-0-1000/2000 is a solid state wide band linear power amplifier operating in the class A linear mode with a power level of 25 watts CW/PEP, from 1000-2000 MHz. The amplifier system will amplify CW, AM, pulse, FM and phase modulated signals with minimal distortion to very high power levels. The operating controls and monitoring are accessible from the front panel. The amplifier system is fully protected against input overdrive, temperature and output load VSWR conditions. They have integral high efficiency power supply and forced-air cooling systems which permit operation over all normal operating conditions. Our MPE Model PAS-53-0-100/500 is a solid state wide band linear power amplifier operating in the class AB linear mode with a power level of 200 watts CW/PEP, from 100-500 MHz. The amplifier system will amplify CW, AM, pulse, FM and phase modulated signals with minimal distortion to very high power levels. The amplifier is housed in a 19" rack mount case with its own internal power supply, forced-air cooling and ALC (Automatic Leveling Control) leveling loop. The input and output impedance are 50 ohms and the unit may be driven to full power output be most RF synthesizers, signal generators and swept signal sources.
