Profile: Midwest Steel Rule Cutting Die, Inc. manufactures both flat and rotary cutting dies for all industries that require this product. Our Kongsberg DS2000 die saw is capable of sawing both flat & rotary die boards with a degree of accuracy that is found only with C.A.D driven equipment. It provides a clean straight cut that holds the rule tightly in place. Our C.A.D. files are developed to not only work on one of our two Kongsberg die saws, but simultaneously can be used on our MSB automated rule bender to begin the rule bending process. Our MBS rule bender is a machine that utilizes the same C.A.D file to bend all straight rule in an exact match to the dieboard cut. This automated equipment allows us to rapidly produce a very accurate cutting die.
