Mini Pressure Die-casting Machine

Description: The mini pressure die-casting machine is India's first indigenously designed and developed machine and is an innovative, superfast, compact and fully automatic machine. This is equipped with a hot chamber and is pneumatically operated and controlled by programmable logic, is suitable for manufacture of zinc alloy components of maximum weight up to 30 gm (small components used in carburettors, LPG regulators, locks, fuel cocks/locks, zips, components of speedometers and potentiometers and even gift articles to name a few) on mass scale. The machine has locking and injection force of 30 tonnes and 1 tonne respectively. It swiftly produces almost finished product just within 3 to 6 seconds cycle time. The die mounting area is 300 x 300 mm and the die arrangement is with five cores. Live demonstration is arranged on personal request.
