Modules & Gantry Robots are used to transport loads from 10 to 3600 kg. The accelerations can be up to 10m/s2, speed can be 500 mtr/min and repeatability up to 0.1 mm. These overhead systems are used in pick and place applications. The features include standard configurations up to 6 axis (3 linear + 3 rotary) and track motion systems. Gudel India Pvt Ltd is engaged in the production of modules and gantry robots. The Lineartec modules consists of steel and aluminium sections with hardened & ground guideway. The modules handle loads ranging from 100 N to more than 30,000 N. Special Lineartec modules are based standard components and modules.
