Our air & coils are random-wound or precision-wound on a coil form such as a nylon bobbin or a paper tube with layer insulation.These are self supported coils wounded on a mandrel with no coil form at all. These coils are designed to operate over a wide range of frequencies, input voltages and inductance values. It is used in industrial and instrumentation industries. Our toroidal power transformers use a circular tape wound core (doughnut shaped) of grain-oriented silicon steel or nickel. The toroidal cores have no air gap, which allows the transformer to have extremely low radiated stray magnetic field.
