Monoblock Fully Automatic Gas Burner is suitable for LPG and natural gas. The burners are fully automatic in operation and are available in On/Off (single stage) and Hi/Lo/On/Off (two stage) models. The capacity starts from 10,000 kcal/hr to 5 lakh kcal/hr. It has all the safety features like pre-purging facility, auto ignition, flame supervision, which works through a microprocessor-based sequence controller called fire-eye. The system can be operated under the command of a temperature controller. A fine working of temperature is achieved through the Hi/Lo models wherein a flame controller is used along with a two set point temperature controller to have low and high flames. A stepless modulated burner is used for higher capacity models. The burners are suitable for powder coating & bakery ovens, travelling tube annealing oven, dryers, hot air/water generators and steam boilers. We undertake conversion of electric/fuel fired equipments to gas automation, from concept to commissioning.
