Profile: Moo's Machine Works handles a multitude of different functions. Our general machine shop does prototypes and medium production runs of standard metals, as well as exotic metals. It is able to maintain manufacturing tolerances between plus/minus .002. On site machining includes milling, turning, grinding, broaching, pressing, and precision machining, on & off site welding services for repair or manufacturing of steel, aluminum, bronze, and stainless steel & the hydraulic division carries a complete line of seals, chrome shafts and is able to repair or replace all hydraulic components. Our hydraulic works division repairs pumps, hydraulic cylinders and compactors. We also distribute chrome shafts, cylinders, seals, poly paks and o-rings. We offer full cylinder reconditioning from the smallest cylinder to the larger 5 stage and boom cylinders. We render a full range of machining. We have NC milling, turning and grinding. We manufacture and repair everything from cylinders and gears to pulleys and shafts. We have the capability of handling exotic metals such as inconel, hastalloy and high nickel alloys with tolerance ranges between plus & minus .002. Our welding and fabrication department offers a full range of welding repair & fabrication services. We weld aluminum, steel, cast alloys and bronze.
