Profile: Morris Bean & Co. offers casting machines. Our casting machines permit the combination of multiple mold processes. We utilize stereo lithography apparatus, styrofoam, LOM and pattern materials for prototypes. We use SLA prototypes for tooling and models. We also offer low pressure and gravity pour casting processes. Our producing parts include spectrographic analysis of incoming alloys, molding, low pressure or gravity casting, finishing and non-destructive testing.
