Profile: Motilal Group is a manufacturer of dished ends, expansion bellows and cones. We are an ISO 9001-2000 certified company. Our products are used in refineries, fertilizer plants, power stations, and in electro chemical, aeronautical & engineering companies. We produce dished ends of different materials and grades. Few of the materials that we handle are carbon, steel, stainless steel, monel, low aluminum, low alloy steel, cladded steel, hastalloy, titanium & copper. Our hydraulic press is available in six different capacities ranging from 100 tones to 1000 tones. We manufacture dished ends by hot forming. In the hot forming process, the material is heated in a controlled temperature up to the normalizing range and then is soaked. Later, the dished end is formed using suitable punches.
