Description: Motorised Lubrication Unit Model LMU-2700/PS/FS is used to delivers predetermined quantity of oil to various lubrication points of machines at preset time intervals. The system comprised of highly efficient positive displacement pump driven by FHP motor, relief valve, pressure switch, pressure gauge, float switch and level gauge. The model is provided with relief valve to protect the system from overloading. The pressure gauge is used to determine the line pressure on the unit. The electronic controller controls the frequency of operation of the pump. The metering cartridge discharges predetermined quantity of lubricating oil at the lubricating point when the unit is switched on each time. The frequency of the oil dosages and oil level is monitored and controlled by the lubrication unit.
