Profile: Myford Ltd. is a provider of industrial machines and tools. We avail a wide range of machines useful for diverse industrial applications. Some of our products include lathe machines and grinding machines. Our Super 7 Sigma Plus lathe machine consists of features like 14 speed, belt driven, backgeared, screwcutting, bench mounting, center lathe between centers, with headstock spindle bored, and a safe reversing feature. This lathe can be supplied either as a changewheel model, or fitted with a quick change screwcutting gearbox. On changewheel model, the 8 TPI leadscrew, is driven by a standard train of changewheels, which are set to give a substantial longitudinal fine feed per spindle revolution. Our Super 7 Connoisseur is fitted with a quick change screw cutting gearbox, which in conjunction with the 8 TPI leadscrew gives 24 Imperial/inch threads and 24 feeds. This machine is fitted with a countershaft clutch unit. A plain taper front headstock bearing supports the spindle in radial loading, while a pair of angular contact ball races at the rear, provide support for axial loads.
