Our custom sheet metal fabrication processes utilize state of the art dynamic nesting, lasers, turret punches, press brakes, hardware insertion machines, Mig, Tig and Spot Welders as well as a 4' wide graining machine. Our precision routers are able to cut parts from non-ferrous materials at a thickness of up to twelve inches. These parts are manufactured with materials as diverse as composites, acrylic, plastic, wood, aluminum, brass, and copper.
