Our products include Shell Tube Heat Exchanger, tube bundle, air coolers, pressure water tanks and Steam Condenser. We offer electric & steam water heaters, charge air coolers and oil cooler/heaters.
Shell Tube Heat Exchanger is applied in marine, refinery, power plant and chemical industries. It is the most common type of heat exchanger in oil refineries and other large chemical processes, and is suited for higher-pressure applications. As its name implies, this type of heat exchanger consists of a shell (a large pressure vessel) with a bundle of tubes inside it. One fluid runs through the tubes, and another fluid flows over the tubes (through the shell) to transfer heat between the two fluids. The set of tubes is called a tube bundle, and may be composed by several types of tubes such as plain and longitudinally finned. The shell material is made using carbon steel and stainless steel. Tube material of shell tube heat exchanger is made using different types of raw materials such as aluminum, brass, copper and stainless steel. Tube plate material utilizes copper and stainless steel. Baffle plate material utilizes carbon steel and stainless steel. Our products are widely used in space heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, natural gas processing, and sewage treatment.
We specialize in Charge Air Cooler servicing, repair & new fabrication. Tube materials are made in alumiunum brass copper, stainless steel or Ti. Our capabilities include:
- Ultrasonic Cleaning
- Clearing of Choked Tubes.
- Repair of charge air coolers e.g. re-use of tube plate.
- Hydrostatic Testing with In-House Test Certificate in accordance with ISO procedures provided.

Tube Bundles are available in a wide range of design variations, special materials and features to meet virtually any heat transfer requirements. The tubes are available in steel, copper, brass, stainless steel, aluminium brass or copper nickel. We offers standard and custom built tube bundles for repair or renew service for the power generation, petrol chemical, marine and manufacturing industry.
Air Receiver:
The capacity of our air receiver ranges from 10L to 8000L. Tanks are made in carbon steel or stainless steel 304 or 316. Accessories are provided according to the requirement.
Pressure Water Tank is used in various industries such as marine, power plant and oil & gas industries. Raw material of tank includes carbon steel or stainless steel. Pressure water tank can be classified as drinking water pressure tank, Fresh Water Pressure Tank, Sea Water Pressure Tank and Chemical Storage Tank. Our water tank utilizes fresh or sea water.
